Business development consulting is a separate service from the legal practice and is agreed in a separate contract.

Profile

A contract is read the way you will have to live with it.

Miroslav Mavrov is an attorney-at-law at the Sofia Bar Association, in practice since 2007. He works independently with Bulgarian and international clients on civil, corporate and tax matters, in Bulgarian and in English.

He also knows deals from the commercial side of the table. In international technology companies he ran bids, pricing and negotiations for multi-party IT services and software contracts with corporate and government clients. That is where the habit comes from of working out what a clause costs in margin, delivery risk and time to signature.

He co-founded the Bulgarian Debate Association and contributed to drafting amendments to the Preschool and School Education Act on artificial intelligence and critical thinking.
